A cinched waist is a trend we at Agni Sarees have been loving lately.
The belly chain or kamarband is thought to have originated in Persia and dates back more than four millennia; even spotted in paintings of Lord Krishna. The look has been refreshed throughout the years, from bejewelled belts worn by Hindu brides and belly chains to kamarpattas (belts made out of fabric).
